Our standard working process generally includes the following stages: Inquiry, Meeting/Briefing, Requirements Gathering, Proposal & Cost Estimate, Onboarding, Development, and Delivery. Timelines communicated (such as “3 weeks,” “1 month,” or “2 months” for specific pricing packages) are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity, client feedback turnaround, and content/material availability.
5. Pricing and Payment
- Pricing packages (e.g., Basic, Premium, Advance) and custom quotations are as communicated on the Site or in written proposals.
- Payment terms, including any advance/deposit requirements, milestone payments, or full upfront payment, will be specified in the individual project agreement or invoice.
- All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- The Client is responsible for any third-party costs (domain registration, hosting, premium plugins/themes, licenses, etc.) unless explicitly included in the package.
- Delayed payments may result in a pause or delay in project delivery.
6. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information, content, and materials required for the project (text, images, branding assets, credentials, etc.)
- Respond to requests for feedback, approvals, or clarifications within a reasonable timeframe
- Ensure that any content or materials provided do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
- Make payments as agreed in the project proposal or invoice
Delays caused by the Client in providing necessary information or feedback may result in corresponding delays to the project timeline, for which the Company shall not be held responsible.
7. Code Ownership and Intellectual Property
- Upon full and final payment, ownership of the custom-developed code and deliverables is transferred to the Client, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.
- Any third-party tools, frameworks, plugins, themes, or licensed assets used in the project remain subject to their respective owners’ licensing terms.
- Web Code Minify retains the right to showcase completed, non-confidential projects in its portfolio for promotional purposes, unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.
- All confidential client information, project details, and proprietary business information shared during the engagement will be protected under applicable Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), where signed.
8. Revisions and Change Requests
Each pricing package or project agreement includes a defined scope of work. Any request for additional features, pages, or revisions beyond the agreed scope may be treated as a change request and could incur additional charges and/or extend the project timeline. Such changes will be communicated and agreed upon before implementation.
9. Post Launch Support and Maintenance
Post-launch support, bug fixes, and maintenance services are available as part of applicable packages or through separate monthly/annual maintenance plans. Any support beyond the agreed maintenance period will be subject to additional charges.
10. Free Consultation
Free consultations offered through our Site are provided for informational purposes to help understand your project requirements. Booking a free consultation does not create any binding obligation on either party to proceed with a paid engagement.
